Now you can Namaste on your holiday

There are few things better than starting off the morning with some yoga, but this is magnified when you’re in a beautiful part of the world (and when you are on holidays and indulge and be lazy for the rest of the day guilt-free!)

Yoga and exercise is such a huge part of our lives that when we go on holidays, we don’t often want to stop completely. Actually, it’s when we are on holidays that we actually have the time to do the exercise and yoga we want. If you’re like us, when choosing where to stay for your holiday, exercise facilities will come into play.

To help plan your next getaway, we have found some Aussie resorts and hotels which offer in-house yoga, so you can start your day with Namaste.

Byron Bay is a yogi’s heaven and The Byron at Byron is no different. This resort offers complimentary yoga each morning at 8am for guests and also for locals on selected days. The yoga class is held on the pool deck in tropical surrounds and you feel relaxed from your first downward dog. This is high quality yoga for all levels which can challenge you if that’s what you want, but will also leave you feeling relaxed and centred.

Lake House, Daylesford:

Picturesque and serene, the Lake House in Daylesford Victoria is THE place to unwind. How better to unwind than a private yoga class followed by a visit to the nearby hot springs? Yoga classes are $165 for a 75 minute class for two guests. Mats are provided.

Bells at Killcare:
